Why are we are still riveted to the idea that our Congress is doing what they need to be doing? These finger pointers and blame passers are running for election each time one of them says anything. Each time one of the minority or majority leaders speaks there is alway the line that the “American people deserve”, “the American people want” and “the American people have spoken”. These con men have made a living of scamming the voters time after time. There needs to be a resolution of parties as neither of them is worth their salt. Their names should be “Scamocrats” and “Dupublicans”.There are so many issues facing the government and these learned men and women apparently do not have the ability to do the job. The newly elected members are being tutored by the old timers and soon will be as useless as they are. The President of the United States is limited in what he can accomplish without the support of the Congress. He (the President) can veto bills or alter bills but it comes down to the Congress proposing sensible and sane laws that work. These last few years have become more a racial fight than a political one since the Congress has used race, religion and birth right covertly in blaming the Commander-in-Chief. The Presidency is the toughest job in this country and our Congress has made it tougher by politicking instead of doing the work that required to move the country forward.
