The twentieth century has brought many miraculous inventions and much progress except in Goberment (not a misspelling) . The Federal government has gone steadily downhill for years . As the membership ages out. The Legislature become more polarized and more intractable. There was a time that we respected our leaders in Government but now we laugh at their antic even though we are affected deeply by them. I have determined that we have a group of people who are: “Wandering aimlessly not seeing but wanting to be seen”. that’s progress?
